Business Data Analyst – Rivermark Community Credit Union
❖ Advanced usage of SQL and/or Python to build data requirements. A strong emphasis on flags and indicators to trim the load on BI tools.
❖ Data visualization with PowerBI to provide clear, yet in-depth reports to business units. I'm of the belief that visuals make or break a report.
❖ Strong sense of BI continuity and visualization structure. Slicers and descriptions in similar if not the same position(s).
❖ Regular communication with Business units to help identify data attributes to enhance, build, or migrate reports from or to SSRS, PowerBI, and/or simply extract it as an ad-hoc request.
❖ Seamless collaboration with teammates via agile methodology and regular communication to discuss and refine queries and/or reports.
❖ Other tools used include Jira, SSMS, Visual Studio Code, and the Microsoft Suite.

❖ Creating in-house ETL programs via python and SSAS to streamline data processing and collecting

Rivermark CCU, Beaverton OR - Personal Video Teller I (Partial Analyst)
❖ Creating metrics and newly minted KPIs for the executive team using Excel, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Lists.
❖ Transacting on behalf of members of the credit union for cash withdraws and deposits/check deposits and withdraws (Cashiers Checks).
❖ Adhering to regulatory guidelines pertaining to our member's privacy and financial safety such as, clarifying unusual deposits or withdraws, verifying sources of identification before proceeding in a transaction, and providing necessary action if risk tolerances we're to be provoked.
❖ Providing Members with a proper 'Human' experience and understanding that while I may be a teller, my goal is to have answers and be real with the individual in front of me. Providing a custom interaction for each member is something Rivermark prides, and so do I. We all have our regulars, it's how we treat them that matters.
❖ Investigating possible opportunities for members to rethink their finances such as, refinancing Auto/Home/Personal Debts, Consolidating Debts, Buying a Home/Auto, Insurance referrals (Home/Auto/Life/Health), Investing Referrals (IRA's, 401k, 529's, etc) and many other niche products and services.
